No, all speakers will be registered directly by our programming team.
Much like a booth in an exhibit hall, attendees can visit your branded channel to get more information about your company or firm, schedule meetings with you, and attend your facilitated discussions. It is a powerful lead generation tool that allows you to share promotional materials in a variety of formats. You may submit videos, PDFs, and links to your website's thought leadership materials.
As part of your sponsorship, you can conduct product demos and sessions in your own video meeting room. We suggest hosting these sessions during the scheduled networking times to gain the most traffic. We also suggest you have a few talking points prepared for your presenters to discuss.
Facilitated discussions are located within the Sponsor Branded Channel Video rooms. Presenters can access them by logging into the platform using their registration credentials, clicking on the "Sponsor Channels" tab in the navigation bar, clicking on the sponsor logo, and entering the "Video Chat" room.
You can request a one-on-one private meeting with an attendee via the "Attendee 1:1 Networking" tab in the navigation bar. From there you can fill out the "Request a meeting" form with a proposed date and time. Attendees will receive a request notification via email. You will be notified once they accept the meeting and it will appear in your schedule on the "My Meetings" tab on the platform.
Yes! The Edge Room, www.theedgeroom.com, is the modern virtual take on the old press room. The Edge Room enables event exhibitors and sponsors to post press releases, company logos, brochures, white papers, and more. It's a real-time, smarter way to share your news and stories with pre-approved members of the media. You should have already received your login information for The Edge Room.
