Since 2007, Edge Marketing has partnered with industry events nationwide to provide The Edge Room – a new, virtual take on the old press room. The Edge Room provides an easy way for exhibitors and sponsors to share press releases and other media kit documents with pre-approved members of the media, before, during, and after an event.

The Edge Room enables event exhibitors and sponsors to post press releases, company logo, brochures, white papers, and more.  It’s a real-time, smarter way to share your news and stories with pre-approved members of the media.

• January 8: The Edge Room is open to exhibitors/sponsors for Legalweek(year) 2021, Virtual Series 1.
• January 15: Initial press list distributed to exhibitors/sponsors. Exhibitor/Sponsors begin submitting info for inclusion in Legalweek(year) Daily Alert emails.
• January 22: Updated press list distributed to exhibitors/sponsors. 
• January 25: The Edge Room is Open to Media – Be sure your Edge Room profiles are updated, and all information is uploaded for media to access and search.
• January 25: Deadline to submit info for Daily Alert emails.
• January 29: FINAL press list distributed to exhibitors/sponsors. 
• February 2-4: Legalweek(year) 2021, Virtual Series 1

Select members of the media are given secure and easy access to view news and information uploaded by event exhibitors and sponsors. With this information, members of the media are able to more strategically plan and prioritize how they will allocate their time around the event as well as plan stories, spot trends, and find interviewees for reporter-written articles.
