Facilitated Discussions

Facilitated Discussions will be held in your branded channel meeting room, which can be accessed by sponsor staff AND attendees in three different ways:

1. Facilitated Discussion Agenda --> Enter Session
2. Branded Channel --> Video Chat button
3. Branded Channel --> Click on the session title (under sponsor logo) --> Enter Session

All of the above options will lead to your personalized meeting room. Your meeting room is separate from the Zoom sessions in the main programming.

Within your meeting room, you will be able to:

1. Video chat
2. Present / share screen
3. View attendees
