During this highly interactive session, participants will engage in an organizational simulation to explore key themes about power, authority, leadership, influence and conflict. Following the simulation, participants will work in groups to examine their experiences and present their reflections to the rest of the group. Professor Jolly (Kellogg School of Management and London Business School) will then wrap up with a summary of the key themes in leadership for the post-pandemic world.
