Once you have a confirmed registration for the Strategic Technology Forum US, a hotel room will automatically be reserved for you for the evenings of Monday, November 4th and Tuesday, November 5th with guest departure on Wednesday, November 6th. Yes, there will be complimentary Wi-Fi access available in all rooms of the hotel throughout the duration of your stay.

 

Roughly 2-3 weeks before the event you will be sent a pre-event survey. This survey will give you the option to select which break-out sessions you wish to attend, which leisure activities you would like to participate in and allow you to provide information regarding accommodation, dinner attendance, dietary requirements and any other specific requirements you wish to be met. It is important you complete this survey.
