Destination

Private Client Forum Americas will take place on February 5-7, 2020 at the luxurious Banyan Tree Mayakoba, Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
 

Accommodation

As part of your attendee registration, a bedroom will be reserved for the evenings of February 5 and February 6. Should you not wish to make use of this room, please let one of the events team know at your earliest convenience to avoid charges.

Spouse Packages

You are welcome to bring your spouse with you to the event, this is a package charged at $895. If you would like more information on what this includes, please feel free to ask me.
 

Break-out Session & Leisure Activity Selection

Approximately 2-3 weeks before the event you will be emailed a pre-event survey which asks for all details such as your choice of break-outs and leisure activities, your dinner attendance and any specific requirements you may have. It is important you fill out this survey so we have all required information so we can cater for your needs.
 

Dress Code

The dress code for the conference is business casual and for the evening receptions and dinners the dress code is lounge suit / cocktail dress.
