Rachael is a Global Senior Partner at Ogier, based in the Cayman Islands Dispute Resolution team. She specialises in international trusts, investment fund and private equity disputes. Rachael is also recognised for her extensive experience in restructuring and insolvency matters, fraud and international asset tracing claims. In recognition of her work in contentious trust matters, Rachael was named "Lawyer of the Year – Litigation," Citywealth IFC Awards 2022 and "Leading Individual Advisor," WealthBriefing Awards 2020. Rachael took silk in 2021 and regularly acts as an expert on various aspects of Cayman law in court and arbitral proceedings in jurisdictions around the world. She has appeared as advocate in a number of leading Cayman trust matters including acting for trustees in a number of complex multi-billion dollar trust restructuring matters.
