Description

Employers across the nation are confronting a host of new or amended employment laws addressing pay equity. In the legal field, lawsuits have arisen over alleged pay discrimination, parental leave policies, and more. How are firms ensuring their policies are uniformly applied in order to ensure fairness and avoid a complaint? And when it comes to gender and racial equity in the workplace, is a more equitable landscape on the horizon?

We will hear:

  • A review of some of the recent allegations in gender pay equity lawsuits.
  • Discussion on the keys to equitable compensation policies and practices.
