Jasmine Trillos-Decarie is an experienced client service, business development & marketing leader with more than 25 years of experience at international AmLaw 100 and 200 firms. Jasmine’s expertise includes developing and implementing business development and marketing plans that support the firm’s strategic and financial objectives, as well as the successful leading, motivating, and coaching of cross-functional, cross-industry, and cross-geography teams.
Jasmine has extensive experience working with industry groups, practice groups, and individual attorneys to develop strategies and implement tactics that showcase their differentiators. Also, she has extensive experience implementing innovative solutions to help the firm meet its commitment to client value and service through the business of law, such as the use of new technologies, CRM solutions, and client-facing programs. Jasmine regularly collaborates with firm leadership and department chairs to support the firm’s growth, client initiatives, commitment to diversity and inclusion, and overall brand awareness and recognition.
Most recently, Jasmine was the Chief Client Service Officer at Stoel Rives based in Seattle, WA. Before joining Stoel Rives, Jasmine was in charge of the marketing and business development team at Foley Hoag LLP in Boston, Mass. Before that, she held multiple marketing & business development roles at Goodwin and Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Jasmine has helped firms to create and expand strategic initiatives across the United States, London, Paris, and Hong Kong. Jasmine is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association, having served on the International LMA Board of Directors and the LMA New England Board of Directors, where she served as President. She currently serves as a co-chair of the LMA Tech West Regional Conference Planning Committee.
