Description

Law firm business professionals are increasingly involved in client interactions, from the pitch through the service delivery. But it isn’t always easy getting lawyers to welcome someone else into their client relationship. Acceptance could go a long way in eliminating what can sometimes feel like a caste system in law firms.

We will hear:

  • Examples of the new or existing roles that law firms are putting in front of clients

  • What do clients think of working more closely with business professionals alongside lawyers. Who do GCs want to hear from?

  • How can law firms empower and reward these roles?

  • What the growth of this model would mean for the overarching issue of giving business professionals a true seat at the table.

  • How are sales professionals bridging the divide
