MOSAIC is a smart self-matching mentoring system for the in-house legal community.
The mentorship programme will match mentors and mentees prior to the event. Those who take part will meet their match and work through a programme of workshops on Day One of WIPL UK. These workshops have been designed to support the development of female in-house legal professionals and will establish a year long mentorship.

Our opening session will be the perfect opportunity to learn more about MOSAIC (Mentoring Opportunities Shared Amongst In-House Counsel) from the Founders Claire Debney and Emma Sharpe and be the first time you will meet your mentorship mentor/mentee!

Flash Mentoring Exercise
Our flash mentoring exercise will bring together our mentors and mentees to share their experiences, strengths and challenges with each other enabling an immediate kick start to the yearlong mentorship.
This interactive, engaging and insightful personality based workshop will expedite the breaking down of barriers.
At the end of the session, the mentorship pairs will regroup as two large groups, so you can also discover where collectively our skills lie as female lawyers.

Masterclass: Setting Your Goals For The Mentorship Programme
Our mentoring circles exercises will be led by our mentor faculty. In groups, you will discuss a topic for 15 minutes each with the result of taking away 1 – 3 practical takeaways for everyone in the circle.
This exercise has been curated to benefit both mentors and mentees by virtue of sharing experiences enabling everyone to leave the room with practices they can employ as senior managers.
