When inputting guest details:
Page 1 - Input email address of guest 
Page 2 - Complete guest details (Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Phone number and any dietary                                   restrictions or special requests)
Page 3 - Add another individual or review your guest list and click continue
Page 4 - Confirmation

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellation must be received 30 days prior to the event, at this point the registration fee will be credited minus a 10% administration fee. After this time the booking may not be cancelled or any fees refunded. American Lawyer Media (ALM) reserve the right to cancel any event it deems necessary and will in such an event make a full refund of any registration fee. ALM will not assume any liability for changes to the timings, running order, date or venue. Payment is required in advance of the event. ALM reserves the right to refuse admission if payment is not received in advance of the event.
