Event Attendance Policy

  • At our Exchange and Signature events, our commitment is first and foremost to our Members, in alignment with their contractual agreements. Should an event reach capacity before a member can register, they will be placed on a waitlist.
  • In instances where a member is unable to attend a Signature event and wishes to delegate their attendance to a colleague from their firm, such requests will be accommodated after all leading members have had the opportunity to register, ensuring fairness and order in the waitlist.

Cancellation Policy

  • Members who find themselves unable to attend an event more than two weeks in advance will have their participation deferred to the same event in the following year, pending approval by the private client team for any changes in event selection. As an alternative, members may nominate a colleague to attend in their stead without incurring additional fees, subject to approval by the Private Client team.
  • Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will result in forfeiture of the spot, although, as with longer-notice cancellations, sending a colleague in their place is permitted at no extra charge, with approval required from the Private Client team.
  • We emphasise that decisions regarding editorial content and production are not influenced by commercial interests, ensuring that the quality of programming remains our highest priority.
