Accommodation
As part of your attendee registration, a bedroom will be reserved for the evenings of the conference. Should you not wish to make use of this room, please let one of the events team know at your earliest convenience to avoid charges.

Spouse Packages
You are welcome to bring your spouse with you to the event, this is a package charged at $995. If you would like more information on what this package includes, please contact Rachael Toovey - rtoovey@alm.com.
Break-out Session & Leisure Activity Selection
Approximately 2-3 weeks before the event you will be emailed a pre-event survey which asks for all details such as your choice of break-outs and leisure activities, your dinner attendance and any specific requirements you may have. It is important you fill out this survey so we have all required information so we can cater for your needs.
Dress Code
The dress code for the welcome dinner on Wednesday is cocktail dress and lounge suits. The theme for the dinner on Thursday is White Party . The dress code for the rest of the forum is smart business attire.

Cancellation
The cancellation policy for these three events will now be:
- You will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket if you cancel before 6 weeks of the event.
- You will be entitled to a 50% refund if you cancel 6-4 weeks before the event (or you can transfer the ticket to someone else at no additional cost).
- You will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel within 4 weeks of the event (or you can transfer the ticket to someone else at no additional cost).
