What has been the highlight of your practice over the past 12 months?
“Family” has been the theme for the past 12 months: a number of high value divorces involving trusts; a 1975 Act claim in the Family Division; a major family governance project; and, finally, taking time off to start a family of my own!
What advice would you give rising stars/new lawyers in the private client world?
Be bold enough to ask the question everyone else is wondering but doesn’t dare to ask.
