Deborah Koplovitz, an attorney with nearly two decades of experience as a commercial litigator, transitioned from private practice in 2023 to spearhead a new initiative to modernize Allstate’s Law & Regulation department. As the Vice President of Strategy, Enablement & Implementation, Deborah has been pivotal in driving initiatives that enhance productivity, enablement, and streamline processes across Allstate and its Family of Companies.

Deborah's leadership extends beyond her analytical and organizational skills, and legal acumen. She leverages her empathy, emotional intelligence, and listening skills to inspire her teams to identify and implement innovative strategies that align with organizational goals. Known for her collaborative approach, Deborah excels at removing roadblocks and working closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met.

Her expertise includes developing legal strategies and execution planning for portfolio management, strategic projects, financial management, vendor management, technical projects, global operations, and cost optimization. Deborah builds trusted partnerships among Legal leadership, Finance, IT, HR, and Sourcing and Procurement Solutions to improve business outcomes and utilize resources with an innovative mindset.

In addition to her professional achievements, Deborah is a dedicated board member, currently serving on the Board of Directors of the Norwegian American Chamber of Commerce, Allstate Northern Ireland, Allstate India, and New Life Dance, Inc.
