Currently, she serves as the Head of Research & Instructional Services at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she leads a team of faculty librarians and student assistants. In this role, she mentors colleagues, spearheads outreach and marketing initiatives, and teaches several courses, including Advanced Legal Research and Law Practice Technology. Professor Boles is a prolific contributor to legal and library publications, particularly on topics such as adult learning theory and the integration of technology in legal education.
