Her research spans critical topics such as ESG, reputational risk, workplace strategy, and succession planning. With over a decade of experience in market research, Ruth has honed expertise in project management, including research design, questionnaire and sample development, study implementation, analysis, and product delivery. Before joining ALM, she contributed to the education sector as an elementary educator and Team Chair Leader, leveraging creativity and collaboration to foster a growth mindset. Ruth holds graduate degrees from Hunter College and Hofstra University in New York.
