This session will explore new research examining where law firms (and their competitors like legal services providers) are putting their innovation dollars, where these investments are paying off – and where not. This research looks across law firm management, client engagement, value proposition, and service delivery. Of course, this conversation will include technology but innovation can take many forms. This research also takes into account the client voice, and legal department perspectives on law firm innovation initiatives.
