The submission should highlight concrete - and preferably measurable - ways in which the tool, project or service stands out from other efforts in the market. Judges will consider how unique and innovative a tool, project or service is and the real impact it has had internally and / or externally.  Please note: This is a guideline. How your information will be used 

Information submitted through this questionnaire may be used in the following ways: 

1. Awards evaluation 
   All submissions will be reviewed by the editorial and independent judging panel for the purpose of assessing entries and determining shortlisted candidates and winners. 

2. Awards coverage and winner showcase 
   For shortlisted submissions and winners, relevant information may be referenced in awards‑related editorial, citations, or event materials to explain why an entry stood out. 

3. Aggregated and anonymized insights 
   Responses may also be analyzed in aggregate to identify broader trends and best practices across legal technology. Any insights shared in this way will be anonymized and will not identify specific organizations or individuals. 

4. Named case studies and best practices (opt‑in only) 
   In some cases, we may invite organizations to participate in named case studies or best‑practice features. This will only occur with explicit permission from the organization and is entirely optional.
