The Legal Week Innovation Awards took place on the afternoon of Friday 24 May at The Landmark in the heart of London. Winners were recognised for innovating in the legal sector and for working on precedent-setting, game-changing projects and initiatives.

The Awards, now in its fifth year, was open to law firms, chambers, in-house legal departments and alternative business structures. They celebrate outstanding achievement within the profession. By recognising exceptional achievement and best practice, they underline the crucial role promoting innovation played by lawyers working in tandem with colleagues in other disciplines such as marketing, business development, finance, IT, project management, operations, PR and recruitment.

Each year, the categories are carefully chosen to reflect the variety of work undertaken by business lawyers working at law firms, legal departments and other providers of legal services.
