Barry Fletcher is Head of Arbitration and Head of the Dispute Resolution Group at LexisNexis®UK. Barry is a solicitor qualified in England and Wales who specialises in international arbitration. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Barry worked as a lawyer in private practice at Jones Day and Pinsent Masons, where his work included international arbitration and commercial litigation. At LexisNexis, Barry writes practical guidance content on the law and practice of international commercial arbitration and investment treaty arbitration. Barry has a particular interest in challenges and appeals against arbitral awards under sections 67-69 of the Arbitration Act 1996. Barry is also engaged heavily with the strategic development of the Lexis®PSL Dispute Resolution Group and the wider LexisNexis Practice Area Group. Barry is also a member of the London International Disputes Week (LIDW) Core Committee.
