Richard has over 30 years’ experience in commercial cross-border dispute resolution and acts for clients in litigation, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes. He also sits as arbitrator. He is currently advising corporate and high net worth individuals in the banking and finance, technology, construction, energy and retail sectors in disputes involving Asia, the Middle East, Central and Eastern and Western Europe.
