Basic Booth Package
As part of your exhibit space reservation, your booth comes with a basic booth package that consists of:

• 8’ x 10’ booth with 8’ high black back drape
• 3’ high black side rails
• Two-lined booth identification sign
• Carpeted

Please note that you must elect to receive the basic booth package by completing the order form linked below.

 

Exhibitor Appointed Contractor
Freeman is the official exhibit service contractor for LegalTech. If your company plans to use a firm who is not the official exhibit service contractor as designated by Show Management, please complete the form below and mail or email it to the address listed.

As part of your exhibit space reservation, you are entitled to a number of conference passes, including LegalWeek MasterPasses, Exhibit Plus Passes, and Exhibitor Staff Passes. Please use the codes you received via email from LegalWeekNY@alm.com to register for your booth staff and claim your Master Passes. If you did not receive your email, please contact LegalWeekNY@alm.com.

Each person attending the event MUST pre-register here by Friday, January 24, 2020.

• Exhibitor Staff Pass provides access to the exhibit floor ONLY, and does NOT include any meals.  Exhibitor Staff Passes are for attendees from the exhibiting company only.
• Exhibitor Master Pass provides full access to ALL conference elements, and INCLUDES any meals.  Exhibitor Master Passes are for attendees from the exhibiting company only.
• Exhibitor Plus Pass is for any guests you would like to invite to visit you on the Exhibit Hall floor ONLY, and does not include any meals.

Please be sure to complete EACH of the following PRIOR to showing up onsite.

No one under the age of 18 is allowed on the exhibitor floor. Badges must be worn at all times to access the exhibit floor.
