Lisa Maxwell is a Chief Legal Officer with over 15 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, spanning private practice, listed companies, and private equity-backed businesses. She currently serves as Chief Legal Officer of FE fundinfo, a leading provider of data, software, and investment solutions to the global asset and wealth management industries, backed by Hg Capital. Lisa is a member of the Executive Leadership team and has global responsibility for Legal, Compliance, Risk, Regulatory Affairs, Company Secretarial, and Information Security across 14 international offices.

Prior to joining FE fundinfo, Lisa was Head of Legal (APAC and EMEA) for Informa plc, an information services and events company within the FTSE 100, and Assistant Counsel at C&C Group plc. Lisa began her career at Slaughter & May, and she holds an M.A. in Modern History from Oxford University.
