Spouse Package
The Global Elite team have arranged a spouse package which includes:
- Double occupancy at the hotel for three nights' accommodation
- Airport transfer (for the recommended delegate flights above)
- A choice of leisure activity from the options provided on the afternoon of Friday 17 November
- All meals, including the champagne drinks reception and black tie gala dinner
If you would like your spouse to accompany you please select this option when registering or let the events team know as soon as possible.
Additional Night Stay
If you would like to book additional nights stay at the beautiful Villa d’Este please contact the hotel directly on group@villadeste.it noting that you are attending the International Private Client Forum for preferential rates.
Dress Code
- The dress code for the first two dinners is cocktail dress and lounge suit.
- The dress code for the evening gala dinner will be black tie.
- The dress code for the rest of the forum is business attire.

Cancellation Policy
- You will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket if you cancel before 6 weeks of the event (4th October 2023).
- You will be entitled to a 50% refund if you cancel 6-4 weeks before the event (or you can transfer the ticket to someone else at no additional cost). (4th October - 18th November).
- You will not be entitled to a refund if you cancel within 4 weeks of the event (or you can transfer the ticket to someone else at no additional cost).
