Michelle Elstein, Courageous Co. Founder & Corporate Energiser
Andi Stapleton, Leadership Wellness Coach & Psychotherapist

10:20 AM - 10:50 AM | What’s Your Stretch?

We will introduce the mind-body connection needed for personal growth and work with resistance bands to consider what stretching means mentally and physically.

10:50 AM - 11:45 AM | What is Brilliant Leadership?

We will review Courageous Co.’s 7 Attributes of the Brilliant Leader and explore how these can manifest themselves in each of us and role models around us. Against these attributes, we will do personal benchmarking to start to identify where the greatest opportunity for stretch and personal growth can come from.

11:45 AM - 12:00 PM | Coffee Break

12:00 PM - 12:45 PM | Your Purpose as a Leader

We take a step back and look at our model, the Leadership Transformation Loop. This gives delegates a structure to go from being more self-aware about their attributes and how they may be perceived, to becoming intentional in their choices.

12:45 PM - 1:30 PM | Lunch

1:30 PM - 3:00 PM | How can I Engage Others?

We draw together content, discoveries and discussion from the morning and dig deeper in to what ‘Engaging’ others means and how we can be purposeful as a leader who accrues loyalty and trust.

3:00 PM - 3:30 PM | Coffee Break

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM | Becoming Intentional as a Brilliant Leader

Delegates will start capturing what they have discovered about themselves as leaders and what they can do differently.

4:30 PM - 5:00 PM | Building Rituals

We take some time to consider how to be resilient as a leader, and what kind of rituals can sustain us for personal growth in the long term.
