A recent study has found that over two-thirds of women have suffered from imposter syndrome in the last 12 months. Our panel will look to the root of the issue, share their methods for overcoming self-doubt, and explore their strategies for implementing self-advocacy in order to push for what they deserve. They will look to the floor to outline the ways in which our delegates are combatting this issue in their wider teams.
