Thursday 29th February
4:00pm GMT - 5:00 pm GMT, Smarter Collaboration: Boosting Performance, Innovation, and Thriving in the Legal Sector
Tackling complex, multi-faceted issues requires problem solving from diverse minds across the organization and its ecosystem—but most of the time, the expertise is trapped in silos. In a highly interactive session, best-selling author and Harvard Law School distinguished fellow Dr. Heidi K. Gardner will share practical, data-backed ways that lawyers (in house, and in firms) can break down these silos and make the most of differing perspectives. She will also share the latest research and thinking on how smarter, multi-vector collaboration drives more innovative, client-centric outcomes and some of the science showing how smarter collaboration promotes well-being and thriving for lawyers.
