How do the world’s most sophisticated legal leaders tap into the power of AI to harness their team’s full potential? What new capabilities do their lawyers and professional staff need to address complex challenges and opportunities –in the most cost-effective way? Drawing on their award-winning research and work with legal departments and law firms around the world, Gardner & Matviak will lead a discussion exploring the latest practical ways to engender smarter collaboration in the age of GenAI. We will feature a just-released case study showing how Heineken’s legal department uses this technology to boost the collaborative process that underpins their strong performance. Heineken’s emerging outcomes include increased efficiency, enhanced quality of debate, and the disruption of dysfunctional team norms.
