This award aims to celebrate the importance of mentoring in the industry by highlighting one person who has supported an individual throughout the year to help them achieve success in the profession, or has a track record of mentoring people throughout their career.

Open to individuals who have mentored a person during the last year or have a proven track record of mentoring.

Entries must convince judges that they have mentored an individual during the year to help them achieve success in several areas, or have a proven track record of mentoring individuals in the past.
The judges will expect to see evidence of how the entrant has mentored individuals. Please include details of: how you structured your mentorship, how often you met/ spoke to your mentee, how you identified your mentee’s aims, how you supported them in specific areas, what they have achieved with your support.
