Speaker Bio
Daniel Weiss is a Senior Litigation Strategist at DRC Litigation Strategies, where he partners with trial teams to strengthen case strategy through jury research. He designs and facilitates mock juries and focus groups, drafting both sides of the case presentation to pressure-test client narratives against the opposition's strongest evidence, and analyzes juror deliberations to identify what actually drives verdicts on liability, damages, and corporate conduct. His work runs from early case assessment through theme development, verdict form design, jury selection analytics, and real-time trial support, across consumer fraud class actions, antitrust matters, mass torts, pharmaceutical litigation, and technology and privacy disputes.
Daniel joined DRC after more than a decade litigating complex federal and state court cases, including environmental torts and securities class actions. He holds a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he served as a senior staff member on The Tax Lawyer, and a B.A. in Political Philosophy from Syracuse University.
