Shonn Brown
Vice President & Deputy General Counsel - Kimberly-Clark

Shonn Brown is strategic business leader known for her action-based, results-oriented approach. Leveraging over two decades of experience as a trial lawyer, she is a trusted and practical business advisor. Shonn joined Kimberly-Clark, in 2019, as its chief global litigation counsel and additionally advised on critical matters of public policy. After managing the global litigation docket for three years, mitigating risk and obtaining significant victories, she has now been entrusted as the inaugural legal advisor for global matters related to the strategy and implementation regarding ESG and Sustainability. In this role, she will partner with internal and external stakeholders with an increased focus on addressing social and environmental challenges as Kimberly-Clark strives to deliver on commitments to improve the lives and wellbeing of people around the world while safeguarding natural systems and the life they support.

Aime Hadnot
Assistant VP of Legal Ops - AT&T

Aime leads the Legal Operations and Administrative Center of Expertise, which provides technology, project management, human capital, administrative and data analytics support to further the ongoing transformation of AT&T's Legal Department. In her role, she has restructured and revolutionized the function and effectiveness of legal operations and legal professionals in the department. Her innovations have resulted in strategic process streamlining and cost efficiencies.

Prior to joining Legal, Aime was Director-Chief of Staff, on the Strategic Planning Team where she oversaw the strategic planning, cross-company business operations and administration for the Chief Executive Officer for WarnerMedia, John Stankey. In this capacity, Aime was responsible for event and meeting planning, executive reporting and presentations, and internal communications.

Before joining the Strategic Planning team, Aime held various positions in HR including HR Business Partner, Associate Director-Employee Relations, and Lead Chief of Staff. She began her AT&T career in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant.

A leader and innovator in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, Alexandria has served in diverse settings including: a world-renowned non-profit hospital system, national physician practice groups in the anesthesia, primary care, and urgent care space, a Fortune 100 health plan, a private equity-backed healthcare technology services provider, and a Fortune 10 healthcare and pharmaceutical company. She is currently Managing Chief Counsel at McKesson Corporation where she leads the legal teams serving the pharmaceutical distribution businesses for hospital and health systems, specialty physician practice groups, and technology and innovation solutions.

As a two-time General Counsel, she has accelerated corporate strategy and growth in new markets and product offerings. These include previous roles at Baylor Scott & White Health, Pinnacle Partners In Medicine, Concentra, Humana, and Signify Health. Her purpose is to inspire people to see potential in themselves and in situations before they even know it. This translates into connecting business partners with each other and creative solutions for transformative initiatives.

In her 15+ years of service to the American Bar Association Health Law Section (HLS), she served as the first Asian American Chair in the 25-year history of this 10,000+ member professional organization. She received both the American Bar Association HLS Champion of Diversity and Inclusion Award and the D CEO Corporate Counsel Champion of Diversity Award in 2021.


Stephanie Zapata Moore
EVP, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer - Vistra Corp

Stephanie Zapata Moore is executive vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer of Vistra Corp. (NYSE: VST), an integrated power company based in Irving, Texas. Previously, Moore served as vice president and general counsel of Luminant, a competitive power generation subsidiary of Vistra. Prior to joining Luminant in 2005, Moore was an associate at Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP (now Foley & Lardner LLP) in the corporate and securities practice group, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and private securities offerings.

In addition to her responsibilities at Vistra, Moore has served as a member of the board of directors of Girls Inc. of Metropolitan Dallas since 2016 and has chaired its Board Development Committee since 2019.

Since 2017, Moore has served as an Honorary Co-Chair of the Dallas Hispanic Law Foundation’s Amanacer Luncheon, the primary annual fundraiser for scholarships, grants, and internships to support Hispanic students in the study of law. In 2019, she was the Honorary Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Equal Access to Justice Campaign which raises money to support the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program, which provides pro bono legal services to low-income Dallas residents.


Amy Paul
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary - Dudek

Amy M. Paul currently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Dudek, an employee owned professional environmental and engineering consulting firm headquartered in Encinitas, California. Ms. Paul joined Dudek as its first in-house attorney in October 2018 and has focused her time developing best practices across areas such as corporate governance, risk management and compliance, contracting, and litigation. Ms. Paul is an attorney with over 27 years’ experience specializing in corporate law and governance issues. Over her career, she has held roles with a global law firm as well as corporations. Most of Ms. Paul’s work has been in the role of general counsel and corporate secretary for both public and private companies (private equity and venture capital) across a variety of industries. Ms. Paul received her J.D. from the University of San Diego and B.A. in Psychology with a specialization in business administration from UCLA.

David Mace Roberts is Executive Managing Director of Cheatham Roberts Consulting, Inc., providing strategic and tactical advice to emerging, middle market and high growth organizations. Mike Sullivan

Mike Sullivan is Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Celanese Corporation, an NYSE-traded S&P 500 manufacturer of specialty chemicals and materials headquartered in the Dallas area. At Celanese, his practice focuses on corporate governance, securities and financial transactions, the company’s sustainability and ESG initiatives, shareholder and stakeholder engagement, the Proxy Statement, executive compensation, global corporate structuring and other areas. Before joining Celanese, Mike was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Neiman Marcus Group, a luxury omni-channel retailer with approximately $5 billion in sales annually, where he focused on strategic and technology transactions, securities and debt capital markets, and M&A, among other things. Before going in-house, Mike practiced in the areas of securities / finance, M&A and venture capital with the Andrews Kurth and Baker Botts law firms.
