Tim Brennan is Associate General Counsel at professional services firm Aon, where he leads global law & compliance for Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions, an $8+ billion business that offers risk advisory, risk transfer and structured solutions to clients, and he also leads law & compliance for all Aon businesses across Bermuda and the Caribbean. He previously led global law & compliance for Aon’s M&A and transaction solutions business, its data & analytics-enabled insurer consulting business and its corporate health insurance exchange business. Before Aon, Tim was a senior associate at DLA Piper, a law clerk for a federal judge and an auditor at Deloitte.
