Jason Wu is the Deputy General Counsel for Credico (USA) LLC, a Chicago-based company providing outsourced face-to-face sales brokering services. As a Deputy General Counsel, Jason leads a team of attorneys and support staff to manage a variety of legal, compliance, and business matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and complex transactions. Jason also provides key strategic legal counsel on operational matters, ensuring the company meets its legal obligations while supporting business growth. Prior to joining Credico (USA) LLC, Jason served as a legal fellow at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where he provided legal support to the University Counsel and UIC Campus Counsel on compliance matters affecting higher education institutions (Title IX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.) and other transactional matters. Jason earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign College of Law and his B.A. from Florida Atlantic University.
