Anne Rowan serves as Corporate Counsel at ExtensisHR, where she has spent the past three years building the company's legal function from the ground up. She began her tenure in the Risk Management department and became the first member of ExtensisHR's in-house legal department, establishing the practices and partnerships that support the organization today. Her counsel spans vendor contracts, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, and she works closely with every department — most notably Human Resources — to align legal strategy with operational reality.

Anne brings a broad and varied background to the role, having previously represented public entities, property management companies, and federal grant administration programs. That range of experience sharpened her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, skills she has since honed within the Professional Employer Organization space. Outside of work, Anne is a passionate advocate for women in sports and volunteers at New Jersey recreation centers as a baton twirling and dance coach.
