Jed Dinnerstein is Associate General Counsel at Headway, a mental health technology company that connects patients with licensed therapists and psychiatrists who accept health insurance. He is the functional Co-Head of Legal since joining, setting strategy and overseeing all aspects of legal services as it relates to Commercial (Revenue), Corporate (Healthcare/CPOM + non-Healthcare/Fundraising/Equity), Litigation, Labor & Employment, Third-Party Contracting, IP, Insurance, and Real Estate. Jed also oversees team-wide Legal Operations, including all AI-builds and functionality within Legal.

Previously, Jed served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Cityblock Health, partnering with the General Counsel from post-Series B to build the Legal function from two to fifteen (while the Company grew from $100m to $1b+ ARR through Series D). He began his legal career in private practice, first at Brown Rudnick LLP and then at Morrison Cohen LLP, both in their New York City offices.

Jed earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and his B.A. from Cornell University.
