Wendy Chow is General Counsel at Streamline AI, where she brings her experience as a legal leader and operator to help build products that enable lawyers to do their best work. Wendy is deeply interested in legal operations, technology, and the ways better systems can help organizations work smarter. She approaches the law like an operator - adopting better tools, creating good processes, measuring what matters, and translating legal complexity into usable business decisions. Great legal teams should enable the business to grow fast with fidelity.

In her personal life she is also a negotiation coach who helps people build greater financial security, authority, and power. Through workshops and one-on-one coaching, she teaches people how to negotiate not only for compensation, but for authority - to advocate for themselves, claim space, and steer the dynamics that shape their careers.
