Alexandria (Lexi) Lutz is General Counsel at Summize, a contract intelligence a system that works inside the tools businesses already use. She serves as the company's principal legal advisor and helps shape company and product strategy. She brings a rare perspective: General Counsel of a legal tech company and an everyday user of the product she represents, giving her firsthand insight into risk and visibility challenges in-house teams face. Before Summize, Lexi was Senior Corporate Counsel at Nordstrom, where she advised on privacy, cybersecurity, and AI. She is a Fellow of Information Privacy with the IAPP and holds certifications in U.S. privacy (CIPP/US), European data protection (CIPP/E), and AI governance (AIGP). Lexi was named to the American Bar Association's (ABA’s) On the Rise: Top 40 Young Lawyers for 2026. She serves as a Commissioner on the ABA Commission on Women in the Profession, Co-Chair of the ABA Standing Committee on In-House Counsel, and a Chair of the IAPP Boston KnowledgeNet.
