Robert Alarcon is a seasoned in-house counsel with deep expertise in eDiscovery and legal technology. He brings 13 years of experience to his dual role as Innovative Driven's Vice President of Expert Consulting and General Counsel, driving innovation in litigation and compliance workflows for legal departments of all sizes, both as counsel and as a consultant.

Robert leads discovery for complex matters and implements advanced technology solutions to streamline processes, reduce risk, and control costs. He has collaborated with numerous clients of all sizes to define and implement eDiscovery strategies, playbooks, and workflows, and regularly advises on defensible litigation hold and data collection strategies that are complicated by complex data systems and cross-border data transfers. In addition, Robert regularly assists clients with implementing legal technology solutions, including eDiscovery and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), from scoping and selection through adoption and change management.

Robert regularly speaks on eDiscovery and legal technology matters, delivering CLEs and participating in industry panels. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
