Nancy Del Pizzo serves as co-chair of Rivkin Radler’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. She has more than 20 years of experience solving disputes, including those involving trademarks, trade dress, copyrights and patents, restrictive covenants and domain names, misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition, false advertising, defamation and trade libel, and website accessibility, among other matters. As a result of her skill-set, acumen, and ability to take advantage of the breadth of attorneys at Rivkin Radler, Nancy has several clients who consider her their inside/outside counsel. Nancy’s experience also includes counseling on discrete business issues from litigation avoidance to litigation preparation, commencement, expert discovery and trial. She also advises clients regarding artificial intelligence, data breaches, including handling post-breach notifications, and she prepares website terms and conditions and privacy policies. Her practice also includes drafting and negotiating complex agreements, licensing and confidentiality agreements and assignments as well as prosecuting trademark applications and litigating before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Nancy frequently writes and speaks on various topics, including IP issues, diversity and inclusion, and privacy.
