Constance Lin is the Head of Legal Operations at Atoms, a portfolio of companies focused on physical automation that spans real estate, software, robotics, and autonomous vehicles. In this role, she designs and executes scalable legal team- and company-wide processes involving financial review and controls, outside counsel spend and matter management, business-user intake, and training and enablement. She serves as a bridge between legal and other G&A teams, translating complex needs and workflows across functions to drive alignment and execution.

Constance also serves on the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium’s (CLOC) Education Advisory Council, where she contributes to the development of high-impact content and programming for the legal operations community.
