She previously served as the Director, Global Enterprise Compliance Officer at Intuit, where she led the Fortune 100 company’s enterprise compliance programs. Before joining Intuit, Stephanie was Chief of Staff and Special Counsel at the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. She was Senior Compliance Counsel at eBay, Inc. and a partner at the law firm of Mitchell Stein Carey P.C. in Phoenix. Stephanie spent over 10 years in the Washington D.C. office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP representing some of America’s largest companies and most prominent individuals in a wide variety of white-collar prosecutions and government and internal investigations. Stephanie graduated from the University of California, San Diego (B.A. History) and University of Southern California School of Law (Juris Doctorate). Stephanie is admitted to practice law in Arizona and California.
