Nate Mark is General Counsel of RedSail Technologies, LLC, a pharmaceutical technology company, where he has led the legal function since 2020. He oversees legal, compliance, and governance matters for a company operating at the intersection of healthcare regulation and software, working with a lean in-house team to support the business across cybersecurity, AI implementation, labor and employment, and healthcare regulatory matters.
Before joining RedSail, Nate spent six years as Associate General Counsel and AVP at Randstad USA, a global staffing and workforce solutions company, and earlier served as Associate General Counsel and Secretary at Ovation Brands. He began his legal career as an attorney at Holcombe Bomar, PA in South Carolina. Nate holds a JD from the University of South Carolina Joseph F. Rice School of Law and a BS in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
