Brinda Dutta is General Counsel of 500 Global, the venture capital firm with $2.4 billion in assets under management that invests in fast-growing technology companies and startup ecosystems worldwide. She joined 500 Global (then 500 Startups) in 2018 as Counsel, advancing to Associate General Counsel and then General Counsel in 2021, and now leads the firm's global legal and legal operations functions, overseeing legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and cross-team coordination across the firm's international portfolio of investments.

Before going in-house, Brinda spent nearly seven years as an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she practiced corporate and transactional law. Earlier in her career, she was a Senior Associate at Argus Partners and at Amarchand Mangaldas, one of India's leading law firms. She holds an LLM in Corporate Law and M&A from Harvard Law School.
