Marni Friedlander, Esq. SVP, General Counsel &; Corporate Secretary American Management Association Marni Friedlander was appointed American Management Association International’s SVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in January 2022. Ms. Friedlander is an accomplished legal professional with over 20 years of experience in providing strategic counsel and legal guidance to organizations. As the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, she oversees all legal matters worldwide and governance for AMA’s Board of Trustees, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing legal risks while maximizing opportunities for the Company.

Prior to joining AMA, Marni was the General Counsel for the Governors Island Corporation, Acting General Counsel and Associate General Counsel for the Queens Library and was a litigator at two prestigious law firms. She holds a B.S. degree with honors from Cornell University and a J.D. with honors from Emory University School of Law. As the General Counsel of AMA, Marni plays a pivotal role in driving AMA’s success through strategic legal counsel and a commitment to excellence.
