As a regulatory & compliance attorney, Michael has practiced in both the pharmaceutical & financial services sectors for more than 15 years, and has built a proven track record of harmonizing competing business & legal needs while pioneering legal advancement, while always aiming to mentor & advance his colleagues & company.

Before Teva, Michael was corporate officer & lead in-house counsel at ADP, Inc., and practiced law at an Amlaw100 law firm - counseling financial institutions, broker-dealers, RIAs & private funds.

Outside of his legal practice, Michael has followed his life-long passion of learning, teaching, & helping others – embracing these opportunities whenever possible and perfecting them as a Professor at Seton Hall University and certified leadership coach at the nation’s #1 ranked Leadership Institute.
