Joanne Newborn is a certified executive leadership coach, trainer, and consultant, who brings over 18 years of experience in high team performance, culture, and analytics, strategy, marketing, and business development. Her experience spans from working with innovative start-ups to large publicly traded companies such as Microsoft, Amgen, Accenture, Chobani, and NielsenIQ.
As a business leader, Joanne recognized early on the need for strong leadership and management skills and invested in coaching and training her teams. This resulted in her teams becoming high-functioning, collaborative and accountable while feeling motivated, engaged, and uniquely valued. All of which helped Joanne continuously achieve record-breaking year-over-year revenue growth.
Joanne earned her MBA from Penn State University with Beta Gamma Sigma Honors. She received the ACC Credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is also a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certified Coach. Joanne is a certified DiSC Personality Profile facilitator and trainer. She is a frequently published writer and keynote speaker at corporations and business universities.
