Nicole (Niki), a former federal prosecutor, serves as Co-chair of the firm's White Collar Defense & Investigations practice. She focuses her practice on representing companies and individuals in criminal matters and parallel civil proceedings, as well as in internal investigations. Her practice includes advising clients in matters arising under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the False Claims Act, U.S. export controls and sanctions, anti-money laundering regulations, federal health care and federal procurement laws, and federal securities and commodities laws. She frequently represents corporate and individual clients in antitrust cartel internal and government investigations, as well as in Congressional investigations.
