Candice Mountz is General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Qualus, a leading pure-play power services firm, where she oversees the complete legal function including governance, compliance, M&A and enterprise risk management. She partners closely with executive leadership to advance business priorities through pragmatic counsel that protects and enhances enterprise value.

Before joining Qualus, Candice clerked for the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court in Orlando, Florida. While in law school, Candice worked as the Director, Contracts & Records for Valenica College.

Outside of work, Candice has donated her time as a Guardian ad Litem for Orange County, Florida for over five years, where she passionately serves on behalf of children in the foster care system. She holds a B.S. in legal studies from Grand Valley State University, and a J.D., cum laude from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical, School of Law.
